Germany’s IFO Business Climate Index arrives higher at 89.9, beats 89.0 estimates

 Bank of England (BoE) Deputy Governor Clare Lombardelli said on Thursday that “policy is increasingly likely to need to tighten if elevated energy prices persist, absent clear evidence of disinflation or weaker activity.”
